Please note that if you return your entire order to our store, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

You have 30 days to return your products.

During 14 days, no reason for return will be asked. 

Beyond this period, without exceeding 30 working days from receipt or withdrawal of your order, we ask you to justify this return and a refund may be refused. In this case, only a credit note is possible.
